TUCKER MELTON
Anthony Hammett is a native Arkansan and veteran leader with more than 32 years of service in the U.S. Army. Throughout his career, he worked in organizational leadership, strategic planning, and large-scale project management for both federal and state missions. He has led teams of all sizes, overseen multi-billion-dollar budgets, and managed construction, engineering, and environmental projects in some of the Army’s most challenging environments.
His background includes engineering and logistics roles with U.S. Northern Command, the National Guard Bureau, and a deployment to Afghanistan as an Engineer, where he supported emergency operations and helped oversee more than $1.5B in infrastructure and construction work. Anthony is known for improving processes, communicating clearly, and building strong relationships to keep projects moving in the right direction.
A lifelong Arkansan, Anthony has been married to his wife, Lindsey, for 21 years. As an owner of TA Land Management, he brings his leadership experience and practical approach to every job—ensuring quality work, honest communication, and dependable results for every client.
Tucker Melton is a seasoned general contractor and the owner of TA Land Management, bringing years of hands-on experience and a strong reputation for dependable, high-quality workmanship. Since launching his first business in 2019, Tucker has built his career on a foundation of integrity, skill, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
With a background spanning all areas of general contracting—Tucker has developed a deep understanding of how to transform raw land into functional, well-designed spaces. His attention to detail, practical problem-solving, and ability to manage projects efficiently have earned him the trust of home and land-owners, and local businesses across the region.
